Carolina Hernández
She holds a degree in Economics from the University of La Plata (UNLP), is a Master's candidate in Economic Sociology from the University of San Martín (UNSAM), and was a fellow of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA). She recently served as Secretary of Local Development and SMEs for the government of Tierra del Fuego Province and is a research professor at the Institute of Economic Development and Innovation at the National University of Tierra del Fuego.
